Building a new home should be a fun and exciting adventure.  With proper planning and good communication we will make your project be as stress free as possible. Give us a call and share your ideas for your new home. We will sit down with you and listen to your ideas and desires for your new home.  After defining as many details as  possible, we will give you a fair and accurate quote on the price.  Other than things that you request or change, the price stays the same.  A new home builder never goes perfectly.  There are always some issues along the way that were unexpected. It is our job to work around them and keep things on track.   For some things, such as light fixtures, we will set a budget since that is something you will choose specific fixtures at a later time.  

You should never have to wonder why you have not had your calls or email returned.
