Our studios are built like a traditional home, using the same processes and materials. Your studio can come as a shell, to let you finish the interior your way and save some money. We can also explore your options for a finished interior. When buying from Studio Solutions, you'll be getting a high quality building that's constructed exactly like a house, built to the same standards. We use Zip panels on the walls and roof, Zip taping the joints of all the panels and then use the Zip tape to flash the windows as well. This will make your studio a tight, well sealed unit that will keep out bugs, wind and water. The windows are double paned and meet the Energy Star requirements. We also insulate the floor with R-15 insulation to make it efficient. Both the shell and finished unit are built to these high quality standards. Our studios can meet the building code in most locations.
Our studios have lots of windows to make your new space bright and cheerful inside. We also start with 8' walls and then vault the ceiling for an open, airy feel. Other options, like shipping containers or sheds, don't have many windows and they have low ceilings, which make it feel cramped and dark inside. We’ve added electrical with a breaker box, six outlets and a light.
To make your lovely studio last for many years we use durable exterior materials. The siding is LP Smart siding run in a board and batten style. LP warranties their product for 50 years The roof is 29 ga metal and has a 40 year warranty.

We use a heavy gauge drip edge for the roof. Then we do some more Zip tape to seal the roof to the drip edge. If a drop does ever find it’s way to the surface, the zip tape will send it back out.

The current studio that is available, in stock, is this 12 X 12 model, pictured above. It has 6 Energy Star windows to make it light and bright inside. It has a vaulted ceiling to make the space more inviting. It has been painted the grey and blue and is ready for your home. Delivery fee is not included in cost but we can help arrange that.
